Back In The Game!

Full Days, Empty Feeling.

A lot of the women who find me say the same thing.

“My days are full. But something still feels off.”

Your days have become full, but at times it feels like wheels spinning in the mud. I know this feeling intimately, as I transitioned from CEO to Mum, I couldn't help feeling like I 'should' be doing something else, some kind of work! (As if raising a whole human isn't important enough work!!!)

The truth is motherhood is a huge life transition and more than one truth can exist for you at the same time.

You can love your child deeply and still feel disconnected from yourself.
You can be grateful and still want more.
You can be doing everything right and still feel restless.

That doesn’t make you ungrateful.
It makes you honest.

Being intentional isn’t about adding more to your plate.
It’s about asking better questions about what’s already there.

So if you're feeling a little uneasy or restless in your life. Try asking yourself this question this week

'If my life was designed in a way that I absolutely loved and felt freaking amazing. What would look different?'

Ask yourself and just notice what comes up. To go a step deeper, write down the answer. Don't over think just write what comes up and notice what it tells you! This practice isn't about figuring it all out. It's just about getting still enough to listen.

Until next time.
