Back In The Game!

A checklist to reach your goals.


Last week I wrote about feeling stuck in the mud and I shared my remedy too, which was writing last week's newsletter. You know what, along with your responses it has helped me to feel a little less stuck. I’ve been feeling more creative and having inspired ideas flow once again!! How beautiful.


In the spirit of staying unstuck, this week I wanna share with you a checklist to help you get things done. This can be applied and put into practice for any goal or outcome that you want to achieve but have been feeling stuck with.


  • Get crystal clear on the goal or outcome you want to achieve
  • Write the goal down and put it somewhere visible (On your bathroom mirror for example where you brush your teeth! Somewhere you'll see it daily)
  • Get honest about where you are right now (no shame, no judgment aim for clarity on your actual starting point)
  • Calculate how much time and energy this will require (be realistic with yourself)
  • Set a deadline (when do you want to accomplish this goal by?)
  • Start saying no (look at your deadline and the energy required. Then say no to things that don't serve this goal, say yes to what moves you forward)
  • Get in peak state (are you ready to go all in? Try this priming by Tony Robbins to get your energy up)
  • Take the next step (what's the one thing you can do today to move towards the goal? Do it.)
  • Keep taking small daily steps (stay in peak state, maintain high energy, keep moving forward)
  • Reach the goal (YESSS!!! you did it!)
  • Celebrate your win (you've bossed it - pause and enjoy it before jumping to the next thing!)



And with those steps Reader, with consistency, focus and dedication, you will reach your goal. Celebrating your win may feel funny, but trust me it helps you reach for the next one. If you don’t stop to celebrate along the way, you’ll jump to the next thing without taking a pause and where is the fun in that!

You can come back to this checklist time and time again, each time taking yourself one step closer to your goals and making those dreams of yours come true!
